Why do I need an invite code?
NimbusVault is in invite-only beta while we scale our storage fabric and keep abuse low. Codes are released to waitlist members in limited batches. If your code is rejected, it may have expired or already been used — join the waitlist from the sign-up page to receive a fresh one.
What does zero-knowledge mean?
Your files are encrypted on your device with a key derived from your password. We store only ciphertext, so we — and anyone who compromises us — cannot read your data.
How much storage do I get?
Free accounts include 20 GB. Plus raises this to 2 TB, and Business pools 5 TB per user across your team.
Can I recover deleted or changed files?
Yes. Version history lets you roll back files for up to 30 days on paid plans, even after edits or deletions.
Is there an API?
Yes. Plus and Business plans include a REST API, webhooks, and a cross-platform CLI for backups and automation. Documentation is available from your dashboard after sign-in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time. Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
